The Butts Park Arena, built 2004, is home to Coventry Rugby Football Club, Coventry Bears Rugby League and now we take to the stage. Notable features are the 3000 capacity covered East Stand, bars, conference facilities. A food counter serving chips, burgers, tea and coffee is open on match-days at ground level inside the main stand and the bar serving alcoholic and soft drinks is open. You are permitted to take drinks from the bar into the stadium bowl in a suitable container.

Getting In

The turnstiles at Butts Park Arena are implemented to Rugby stadium standards and are not boxed in. As part of our F.A. ground grading we are required to take cash at a secure location therefore, please purchase a ticket at the adjacent kiosk before entry. You may also buy your programme here or at the club shop just inside the ground.

Assisted Access

BPA is fully disabled compliant with disabled toilets both ends of the stand inside and a viewing area marked out. All floors are accessible by a lift. If you need assistance at the stadium, let us know in advance via feedback@coventryunited.co.uk or @covunited or tell the turnstile operator upon arrival and we will take care of you.

Away Fans

There are usually no specific areas for away fans to gather once inside the ground. Segregation is not implemented as standard but may occur if requested by West Midlands Police or other authority. Coventry fans have their preferred areas which are usually the centre blocks of the main stand.

Want to make a weekend of it ?

Check out our local tourist site HERE for some ideas on what to do. Coventry is a shortlisted candidate for City of Culture 2021.
