Pre Match Interview Ahead of away trip to hammersDate: 14 October 2017 at 12:34 by Jade Ogle
We spoke with first team manager Jay Bradford Ahead of Sunday’s away trip to West Ham.
“The girls are looking forward to Sunday.
West Ham are obviously going to be buzzing after their midweek triumph over Charlton. Equally we are in good form and have scored 13 goals in our last two games and conceded one so we are confident.
West Ham have made some good signings and we are anticipating a battle along with the expectation they will get the ball down and look to play.
I am looking forward to the game, we ourselves had a midweek fixture and it was a great opportunity to see some of our reserves players step up and put on some quality performances. It was about getting our first team philosophy to be achieved without having every first team player present. Our philosophy is important to me and seeing it on show last night was really pleasing.
Our away support is growing which is also really pleasing considering the distances we travel, so I am hoping to see some familiar faces and hear the infamous 'Come on United' cheer. “
