Volunteer at United
Behind every successful football club there are more teams than meet the eye. We depend on the guys and girls on the pitch to do the business and entertain us with goals and glory; but in order to get there, we also need our unsung heroes off the pitch to keep things running.
Coventry United, like many other clubs, relies on volunteers to make sure everything goes to plan on match-day, from paying the referee, to preparing the kit, setting our corner flags, selling lottery tickets, running the supporters club, keeping the books in order, looking for sponsors, writing articles such as this and much more more. As you can see, running a football club is quite an operation.
Would you like to be a part of it ? Volunteers are not just here to help out, there are some real skills, learning and development opportunities on offer for some, a sense of achievement for others, and a great deal of satisfaction to be had by all of us when it comes to taking part, and making Coventry United the best on and off the pitch. Here are just some of the opportunities that exist.
We would welcome team members no matter how much or how little time you have available, come and talk to us and see how you could get involved.
